Support tickets you own outright
Every customer’s problem, in one place. Not in six inboxes.
ReplaTicket is a help desk you buy once and run on your own server. Every store you run gets its own address and its own reply name, and every ticket lands in one list, whichever store it came from. No fee per agent, no monthly bill, and nobody’s data but yours.
One payment. Complete source code, 12 months of updates, 30 days of setup support — and $533 of bonuses.

Every ticket carries the store it came from. Nobody answers the wrong shop.
Why support goes wrong
It is not the tickets. It is where they land.
A question arrives in the shop’s inbox, a complaint in someone’s personal email, and a refund request in a Facebook message. Nobody can see the whole picture, so the oldest one is the one that gets forgotten.
Lost in inboxes
- Support spread across a shop inbox, a personal address and a form nobody checks.
- Two people answer the same customer, or neither does, because neither can see the other.
- Nothing is written down, so the answer depends on who happens to be at their desk.
Slow, and no way to see it
- Nobody knows how long customers actually wait, because nobody measures it.
- The one that has been sitting a week looks exactly like the one from ten minutes ago.
- You find out a customer was ignored when they leave a review about it.
Expensive by design
- Per-agent pricing charges you for every person who might ever answer a ticket.
- Seasonal help, or someone covering a Saturday, adds a seat to the monthly bill.
- You rent the software for ever, and you never own a thing at the end of it.
How it works
Every store’s tickets, in one list
A customer writes to one of your stores. The ticket arrives in one inbox, labelled with the store it came from, and stays there until somebody answers it — with the clock running on how long they have waited.

The inbox, with tickets from five stores. Each one carries its store, its priority, who owns it, and how long it has waited.

What it does for you
Eight things, and what each one saves you
One list, however many stores
- Every ticket in one place. Run five stores or one, the team opens one list, not five inboxes.
- Each store keeps its own identity. Its own reply name, its own colour, its own address on the ticket.
- Ticket codes you can quote. A short code per store turns #412 into IY-412, which means one ticket anywhere in your business.
Each person sees only their own
- Tick the stores each person answers. Someone covering one shop never sees another’s tickets.
- Owner, admin and agent roles on top, so what someone may change is separate from what they may read.
- Add a person, untick a store — it takes effect at once, with nothing extra to pay.
Nothing sits unanswered
- Promises it keeps track of. A first-reply target and a resolution target, counted per priority, with a warning before the time is up.
- The clock pauses while you are waiting on the customer, so nobody is chased for a reply they cannot give.
- Reports that show the truth: how many came in, how many were solved, typical first reply, promises kept, and how happy customers were.
Answers you have given before
- Saved replies, per store or shared, which can also set the status, priority and tags as they are pasted in. The most used rise to the top.
- Private notes on a ticket the customer never sees, so the next person has the story.
- Tags to group what is really going on, and search across subjects, messages, names and tags.
Your customers’ own words
- Email in and out. Each store has its own mailbox and its own sending address, and replies stay in the same thread.
- A “we have your message” reply, if you want one, in the store’s own voice.
- A satisfaction score after the ticket closes, so you hear about the bad ones directly.
It fits what you already run
- An order panel beside the ticket for a Shopify or WooCommerce shop.
- Zapier and Make, through webhooks for seven events and the REST API. Ready-made apps for both come in the download, to add to your own Zapier and Make accounts; they are not listed in either directory.
- A “Send to CRM” button, and live chat hands its conversations straight over to a ticket.
You own the thing
- Complete source code, yours to read and change.
- No licence server that can switch it off. ReplaTicket never contacts us to check that you may run it.
- Your data in your database. Take a copy whenever you like, with one command.
Small enough to actually run
- One command installs it, with HTTPS fetched and renewed for you. A backup is one command, and the guide shows how to put it on a schedule.
- A €5–15 a month server is enough, and it stays up without you tending it.
- Make it your own. The product’s name and colour live in one small file, so an agency can run it as its own service.

All of it, for every store and every person — at no extra cost.
Inside it
What your team actually looks at
These are real screens from the demo below, with its made-up shops and tickets.

A ticket
The whole story on one screen
The customer’s message, what the store promised, and how long is left. Status, priority and who owns it sit along the top; the customer’s store, when the ticket arrived and how it came in sit down the side.
- Reply to the customer, or write a private note they never see.
- Saved replies that can set the status and tags for you, and tags for what is really going on.
- An order panel for the shop’s orders, when you connect Shopify or WooCommerce.
Reports
Numbers you can show somebody
How many tickets came in, how many were solved, the typical first reply, how many promises were kept and what customers said afterwards — with a row for each store and each person, so you can see who is carrying it.
- Per store and per person, over 7, 30 or 90 days.
- Promises kept counts the tickets answered inside the target you set.
- Happiness comes from the score the customer leaves when the ticket closes.

Stores
Each shop answers as itself
Give a store its own name on replies, its own colour in the list, and a two-to-four letter code so its tickets have a reference a customer can quote. Ticket numbers start again at 1 in every store, so the code is what makes #412 mean one thing.
- Its own mailbox, with a Test button that tells you whether the password works.
- Its own alerts, by email or text, to the people who cover that store.
- Clearing out old tickets in one go, after it shows you exactly which ones would go.
The part most help desks charge extra for
Each person sees only the stores they answer
This is the difference between one shared login and a real help desk. Tick which stores each person covers, and the rest of your business is simply not there for them — not in the list, not in search, not in the reports.

Two people, two different views
In the demo, Sam answers all five stores and sees fifteen open tickets. Alex answers two, and sees six. Same software, same day, and Alex cannot reach the other three stores by any route.
- Owner, admin and agent at the company level, then per-store rights on top: viewer, agent, supervisor or brand admin.
- Invite by email, with a password link, and change what someone may do without a new account.
- Nothing extra to pay for adding a person or a store.

The same inbox as Alex sees it: two stores in the sidebar, six tickets, and no sign that the other three exist.

A live demo with five stores and five people
A made-up company with two months of real-looking history behind it. Sign in as Sam, who covers everything, then as Alex, who covers two stores. That difference is the whole product.
| Sign in as | Who they are | What they see |
|---|---|---|
owner@demo.test | Company owner | All five stores |
sam@demo.test | Agent | All five stores |

The demo is read-only, so everyone sees the same thing: look round as much as you like — nothing can be sent or changed. To try a real conversation, use the chat bubble on this page.
What it actually costs
Help desks charge per agent, every month, for ever
Add a person and the bill goes up. Add a second store and it can go up again. ReplaTicket costs the same whether three people answer one store or thirty answer twenty.
| Three agents answering tickets | Their price | A year | Five years |
|---|---|---|---|
| Zendesk Support Team | $19 per agent / month | $684 | $3,420 |
| Freshdesk Growth | $19 per agent / month | $684 | $3,420 |
| Help Scout Standard | $25 per user / month | $900 | $4,500 |
| Zendesk Support Team, monthly | $25 per agent / month | $900 | $4,500 |
| ReplaTicket | $299 once + your own server | $429 | $949 |
Prices from each company’s own pricing page, read on 10 October 2026, on annual billing. All three charge per agent, so the cost rises with every person who might answer. Zendesk’s Team plan also includes five AI resolutions per agent a month, then charges $1.50 to $2.00 for each one after that. ReplaTicket’s figures are the $299 licence plus about $130 a year of server; updates after the first year are an optional $49 a year, and the software keeps working without them. The full breakdown: Zendesk alternative.

Against Zendesk, that is $2,471 kept over five years — for three people.

Before you buy, not after
What it deliberately isn’t
Not an AI that answers for you
ReplaTicket has saved replies, rules and macros that make your people fast — but the answers come from your people, not a bot pretending to be them.
No customer portal yet
Customers write in by email and get a satisfaction survey when the ticket closes. There is no login for them to check their own ticket history — that is on the list, not in the product.
No file attachments on replies yet
A file that arrives with an inbound email is kept, but an agent cannot yet attach one to a reply, and the web inbox does not show them.
You need a server
One command sets it up and HTTPS is automatic, but the machine is yours — roughly €5–15 a month. Or we install it, or host it.
Questions
The things people ask before buying
Do I need my own server?
Yes — a small one of about €5–15 a month. One command installs ReplaTicket and fetches and renews the HTTPS certificate. Backups are one command, and the guide shows how to schedule them. If you would rather not run it, we install it for $798 once, or host it for $79 a month and the licence stays yours.
How do I install it?
You download a zip, unzip it on your server and run one command. It builds and starts itself, and tells you the address to open. The guide that comes with it walks through the whole thing, including the mailboxes.
What happens after the first year of updates?
Updates are $49 a year from then on, entirely optional. Your licence never stops working if you do not renew: you simply stay on the version you have. ReplaTicket never contacts us to check that you may run it, so nothing on our side can switch it off.
Whose data is it, and where does it live?
Yours, in your own database on your own server. Nobody at Tradiant can see your tickets, and there is no copy of them anywhere else. A backup is one command, and you can take it whenever you like.
How many agents and stores can I have?
As many as you like. There is no per-agent or per-store charge, and no cap. That is the point of buying it rather than renting it.
Does it handle email, or is it only a web inbox?
Both. Each store connects its own mailbox, so a customer writing to that store’s address gets a ticket, and your reply goes back out as that store, in the same thread. There is also a webhook door for anything that can post to a URL.
Can I run it for clients?
Yes, on the agency licence. You can run it for as many clients as you like and rename it as your own service; the name lives in one small file.
Can it be renamed, and can I change the code?
Yes to both. You get the complete source code and may change it for your own use. The name and accent colour live in one small file, so an agency can run it under its own brand without searching the code.
What does it not do?
It does not answer customers with AI, it has no customer-facing portal or help centre yet, agents cannot attach files to a reply yet, and the reply and resolution targets are set when it is installed — there is no screen yet to edit them. Customers cannot write in over WhatsApp, Instagram or text message. It says all of that here rather than after you have paid.
