Yearly and five-year figures use the yearly price where one exists, before extra tickets, AI Agent interactions or Voice and SMS. Extra tickets cost $40 per 100 on Basic and $36 per 100 on Pro and Advanced. Starter allows three user seats; the other plans allow 500. ReplaTicket’s figures are the $299 licence plus about $130 a year for a small server.

How much does Gorgias cost?
Gorgias charges by tickets a month, not per agent: Starter is $10 a month for 50 tickets, Basic $60 for 300, Pro $360 for 2,000 and Advanced $900 for 5,000, billed monthly. Yearly billing brings Basic, Pro and Advanced to $50, $300 and $750 a month.
What happens if I go over my Gorgias ticket allowance?
Extra tickets are charged: $0.40 each on Starter, $40 per 100 on Basic and $36 per 100 on Pro and Advanced. AI Agent interactions cost $0.90 to $1.00 each and also count as helpdesk tickets.
Is there a cheaper alternative to Gorgias for Shopify?
If you mostly answer email and want to see each customer’s orders, a help desk you buy once costs less as volume grows. ReplaTicket is $299 once with no ticket limit and shows Shopify and WooCommerce orders beside the ticket. It does not edit orders or answer chat, which Gorgias does.
Can ReplaTicket refund or cancel Shopify orders?
