What changed in 2026

  • Higher prices. Growth, Pro and Enterprise were long listed at $15, $49 and $79 per agent a month. They are now $19, $55 and $89 on annual billing.
  • No free plan on the page. Freshdesk’s help article describes a Free program instead: six months at no cost, with two agent seats. Sites that still promise a free-forever plan are out of date.
  • AI by the session. Freddy AI Agent includes 500 sessions once per account, then $49 per 100. A session is one customer’s conversation with the AI agent; for email it runs 72 hours from the first message.
  • MCP actions. Packs of 1,000 MCP actions cost $15. Growth includes 1,200 a year, Pro 6,000 and Enterprise 12,000.

What Growth leaves out

Growth at $19 is the entry plan. Moving to Pro at $55 is what buys:

  • multiple SLA policies;
  • custom dashboards and reporting;
  • round-robin and load-balanced assignment, and multiple business hours;
  • a multilingual help desk and portal customisation;
  • Freddy AI Copilot as an add-on, at $29 per agent a month billed yearly.

Day passes for occasional agents cost $2 on Growth, $7 on Pro and $12 on Enterprise.
